	• Transplanted or planted from seed, organic zucchini, squash, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, corn in multiple fields at West Madison Agricultural Research Station • Maintain (weed, water, mulch, prune) and harvest the field crops • Take different sets of data for the different crops (marketability, pests, pathogens, time it takes to do certain tasks, taste) • Took data and weeded soy bean plants at Arlington Agricultural Research Station • Visited different farms via UW-Madison’s extension program to learn how other organic farms function
